Administrative law refers to matters that involve tribunals. We have extensive experience in dealing with numerous tribunals. We have been appointed to tribunal positions, appeared before tribunals and acted on behalf of tribunals. In particular, we have extensive experience with numerous professional regulatory tribunals, employment standards, labour arbitrators, the Information and Privacy Commission, the Alberta Human Rights Commission, the City of Edmonton Subdivision Development and Appeal Board, the Municipal Government Board, the Law Enforcement Review Board and the Ombudsman.
